My mom is an organized, clean, keeper...nothing like a hoarder! HA! She knows exactly where she had stored things from 25 years ago, when I was the one playing with them. This has been so great now that Leah is starting to do more playing. This hat was one of my play hats growing up, and obviously, Leah is loving it too! She is just too cool...
About once a month, I have a girls night out with some of my co-workers. This was much easier months ago, when Leah wasn't able to crawl to the door as I was walking away. But, Daddy to the rescue. He put her in her stoller and they went for a walk. About one hour later, during my dinner, I starting receiving text messages from him. No words though, just pictures. The pictures needed no words. I just smiled and knew they were doing just fine! HA! 
I didn't think we'd be able to use this for another month of so, but here it is. Leah's very own flyer wagon. She is diggin' her new ride! 
Although windy, the weather has been beautiful for March! It's been 70 degrees all week, and looking like possible 80s next week, unbelievable! We have spent almost two hours each afternoon outside going on walks, visiting with neighbors, and just watching cars pass. Leah is getting used to playing outside and is slowly warming up to the outdoors! HAHA, just like her mama! 
March weather has brought so much warmth! Leah's daycare provider has been going outside every day that it has been warm, which has been many. These pictures are of Leah's first experience with grass, and then again two days later. So glad that she got over that quick...summer would not be so fun if grass was going to be an issue! HA!
Poor Leah has had that stomach flu for two days now! Ugh, it breaks my heart. All she wants to do is cuddle, and sleep. Not that I mind her doing those two things, but not in this way. I guess we are lucky that we have gone this long without her getting sick. But, it still stinks. We have attemped to give her pedialyte, but she hates it. I purchased it in every flavor, also got gatorade, ginger ale, popsicles, and nothing has worked. Everyone says it just needs to run its course...so we are waiting for the flu bug to go...and never come back! Bless her heart, even sick, she posed "soooo big" for her first "sick" picture. 
And again, another month passed. I can't believe in one month I will have a one year old! Leah is still sleeping and eating great. She has been into more finger foods lately: rice crispies, puffs, bread, crackers, broccoli, cookies, etc. She is still cruising pretty good through the house, but hasn't let go to take any steps yet. What is she doing is crawling away from us when she has to poop. We find that will be playing with her, and she will crawl away to another room (or in the corner) and then we start hearing her push. When she is done, she comes back to join us and play. Cracks us up! She LOVES going to daycare to see her friends, and jumps out of our arms when we get there. She is quite the social butterfly.
